Nadia Hage is the Director of Business Development and Client Relations at Rashtian Law, leveraging her undergraduate degree in International Business as well as an MBA.

Nadia's responsibilities involve establishing relationships with doctors and chiropractors throughout Southern California. She collaborates with them to secure referrals, advocating for patients who have been injured in an accident. Nadia also handles all intake for Spanish and Arabic-speaking clients, pursuing compensation for them. The personal injury cases often involve the negligent act of others. By bridging the language barrier for non-English speaking clients, she is able to help them as they pursue compensation for the damages that they have suffered. Gratification is attained assisting them in fighting for their right while navigating a legal situation.

Prior to Rashtian Law, Nadia served on Hyundai Motor America's executive team, where she managed marketing report analysis. Her team’s efforts led Hyundai's Corporate Headquarters to win the JD Power Quality and Dependability Award for selected models within their respective categories. Nadia's expertise in developing exceptional brand marketing campaigns resulted in a 40% increase in awareness and preference, contributing to a 20% growth in revenue. 

Additionally, she organized a leadership team for the fundraising event "Hyundai Hope on Wheels," supporting Child Cancer Research.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nadia actively participates in charitable donations to CHOC (Children's Hospital Orange County), providing essential support to children in need. Nadia is fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic and intermediate French.
