Samuel Gallman

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Samuel Gallman is a Senior Associate in the firm's Irvine office.  Mr. Gallman began his career at a national law firm focusing on tort, catastrophic loss, construction design law, and defense of homeowner associations.  Mr. Gallman has experience in personal injury, transportation, HOA law, construction & design defects and insurance law. Focusing on these areas of law gave Mr. Gallman extensive experience working on cases from inception through trial. Included in this experience, Mr. Gallman has had countless opportunities to utilize his oral advocacy skills in mediations, depositions, motion hearings, and trial.

Mr. Gallman graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he majored in political science. While at the University of Missouri, he was a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Mr. Gallman earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2020. While at Loyola, Mr. Gallman earned a concentration in civil litigation and advocacy, which included a yearlong course involving working a case from inception through trial. Mr. Gallman also participated in his prior firm's trial academy, which entailed a weeklong course detailing trial strategies and ending with a mock trial against other associates in his firm.

During law school, Mr. Gallman worked for a private equity firm that acquired mobile home parks and a property management company.  He and his wife also invest in mobile home parks.  This experience and personal investment piqued his interest in mobile home park law. Mr. Gallman left this prior firm to build a practice in real estate law, focusing on mobile home park owner and management company litigation and transactional work.

Outside of work, Mr. Gallman enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing, and watching sports.
