Samuel Gallman is an Associate in the firm's Irvine office. Mr. Gallman began his career at a national law firm focusing on tort, catastrophic loss, construction design law, and represented homeowner associations. Mr. Gallman has experience in personal injury, transportation, HOA law, construction & design and insurance law. In the transportation arena, he litigated cases arising from accidents involving personal and commercial vehicles, including trucking and motor coach cases. In the premises liability context, he defended slip and fall cases on personal, commercial, and governmental property. Mr. Gallman has also defended suits filed against Homeowners Associations. Mr. Gallman has extensive experience working cases from inception to trial.
Mr. Gallman graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he majored in political science. While at the University of Missouri, he was a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Mr. Gallman earned his J.D. From Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2020. While at Loyola, Mr. Gallman earned a concentration in civil litigation and advocacy, which included a yearlong course involving working a case from inception through trial. Mr. Gallman also participated in his prior firm's Trial Academy, which entailed a weeklong course ending with a mock trial.
During law school, Mr. Gallman worked for a manufactured housing private equity firm and a mobile home management company. He and his wife also have numerous investments in manufactured housing and mobile homes. This experience is the catalyst in his interest in focusing on this area of the law. Mr. Gallman left this prior firm to build a practice in real estate law, focusing on mobile home park owner and management company litigation and transactional work.
Outside of work, Mr. Gallman enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing, and watching sports.
