Ms. Millea has significant experience in both representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigated matters. Her practice includes insurance defense, construction defect, mechanic’s liens, accident and other real estate matters. Ms. Millea also focuses on employment law matters, such as discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination. Shaw has also pursued and defended numerous clients in business litigation and in cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Ms. Millea graduated from the University of California Berkeley, with a degree in psychology. She received her JD from Santa Clara University. Ms. Millea lives in Orange County with her husband and daughter. She enjoys being outdoors in the beautiful Southern California weather and cheering on the California Golden Bears.
